I read your March 2013 or 2014 comment on "Magic, maths and money" blog. The author is a former physicist. He isn't too um, grounded in the present. He wrote about financial markets and math, sort of. He writes well, but he is cold.

Wow, "sweet". Hmm. It wasn't really meant to be sweet. If he wants to think about math and finance, in a serious way, he needs to add in considerations of bankruptcy
